I will try to best put into words my feelings, thankfulness and best wishes for Amit.
We have such a wonderful time and I feel truly blessed to be part of our Dhamma Yoga group. Amit walks us through the moments of each session with a beautiful basket of knowledge which he shares through action and dialogue. He has such a playful humour which reminds us not to take everything too seriously. ...I try hard to take your teachings into my daily life Amit. I am sure that any person who meets Amit and is privileged to spend some time in his company would feel the instant difference.....its like we are having a divine experience. I have also seen first hand how he has made a difference in my friend's life.
With my heartfelt thanks to you Amit ....... Namaste!

I am extremely grateful to have met you Amitjee, at a point in life where it was necessary for me to find deeper meaning to my life. When I first joined the Yoga session, my mental reasoning was to be physically fit. Little did I know that you would take me on a journey which is beyond my physical well-being.
I have grown to be more relaxed, less critical of people and benefitted in a lot of other aspects which is hard to explain. You have made me realise through your teachings and depth of knowledge that this is a long journey to take and I hope I will be blessed to be in your presence until the end.
All of us are looking for mentors when we are growing up, in our career, but never to understand our existence in this world and how to live a better life, Amitjee, your unselfish dedication to learn and impart his knowledge to us without expectations is an aspect of living that I wish to follow.
I wish that your vision for Dhamma Yoga will be fulfilled and we get to see you spread this knowledge to more people in this society.

Mine is not so much an achievement but more of an awakening. Following the passing of my beloved wife of 30 years in 2010, I could find no joy or happiness things I did or experienced. In fact, if anything I began to really push my physical limits, I wanted to feel pain, injury after injury followed, it reached a stage in which I knew my life/self was out of balance. I needed to act and act quickly if I was to scatter the self imposed cloud of grief hanging over me.
Things started to change dramatically for me once I began practising yoga and listening to the wise teachings of Amit. Something inside me "clicked". I felt as if the heavy weight of my grief was slowly lifting off my shoulders. The yoga classes are more than exercise to me, it is a place of healing and a source of great energy, energy that I draw from and or share with my fellow practitioners.
The teachings of Amit whether during class or in private counsel is the spark that ignites my desire to better myself emotionally, physically and spiritually. It is through Amit's yoga and philosophy that I am beginning to awaken, and see myself not as a lonely heart broken widower, but as a being who is ultimately connected to everyone/everything, past, present and future.
